Will Fryar
Will Jackson joined Fryar Construction as a carpentry laborer immediately following high school, bringing with him a passion for construction sparked years earlier when he helped his father to build their family home. Eager to learn and driven to excel, Will worked his way up through the ranks, gaining comprehensive, hands-on experience in every facet of the trade. As he took on more responsibilities, including overseeing preconstruction and managing office operations, Will’s leadership became a cornerstone of the company’s success. His innovative approach and commitment to quality helped expand Fryar Construction’s capabilities, positioning it as a leader in both residential and commercial projects.
Will Fryar worked as a carpenter alongside his father in the family business from childhood. Having grown up immersed in the world of construction, Will developed a deep understanding of the industry and a forward-thinking approach to homebuilding. With a strong foundation in both traditional craftsmanship and relational business, Will Fryar has been instrumental in driving the company’s expansion, ensuring that Fryar Construction remains a local industry leader in the building community. His leadership has reinforced the company’s legacy of longstanding commitment to quality and growth.

This strategic partnership creates a streamlined process from concept to completion. By collaborating closely from the project's inception, Montgomery and Peeples ensures that the clients innovative visions are precisely realized, while Fryar Construction brings these designs to life with expert craftsmanship and efficiency. This integrated approach eliminates the traditional back-and-forth between architects, designers, and contractors, reducing miscommunications and delays. Clients benefit from a single point of contact, consistent quality, and a more cohesive final product, ensuring their dream spaces are realized exactly as envisioned.
